Package (A) – Day Of Coordination
Many couples are self-sufficient and have already used many of the tools available for planning their own wedding.  Now they are ready to have someone else run the show so they can focus on each other.  Our personalized service is designed to provide the wedding couple with confidence that their needs on their special day will be cared for.
Starting price $1600

Includes:

• 2 Pre-wedding day face to face consultations*
  

• Unlimited phone/email/text message communications
  

• Creation of wedding timeline
  

• Pre-wedding day vendor follow-ups
  

• Coordination of wedding rehearsal
  

• Day Of event coordination for ceremony and reception
  

• Coordination of vendor activities
  

• Bridal party coordination
  

• Execution of agreed to wedding day timeline
  

• Managing venue setup and breakdown
  

• Number of guests above 150 may affect pricing
  

• Up to 3 assistants to help manage the wedding and reception, if deemed necessary
  

(* Pricing assumes Wedding Coordinator Agreement signed at least one month prior to actual wedding day.   Price may be adjusted if less than one month.)


Package (B) – Consultation and Coordination – Our Most popular
There are many moving parts to planning a wedding.  The process is exciting for the wedding couple as they start to see the pieces come together and their vision for their special day takes shape.   Our consultation and coordination package is designed to help them through that process.  We help locate the right vendors and services, provide insight and recommendations to help the wedding couple make the right decisions for their wedding.
Starting price $2600

Includes Package (A) amenities plus:

• Assistance with developing the theme for the wedding
  

• Design and artistic consultations
  

• Ceremony and reception venue consultation
  

• Preferred vendor recommendations
  

• Additional vendor research assistance
  

• Development and tracking of wedding project plan and tasks
  

• Distribution of final payments & gratuities to vendors on the day of the wedding
  

• Honeymoon consultations
  

• Up to 15 hours planning and consultation services to be used at the bride/grooms discretion for face to face planning meetings, site visits, vendor meetings, etc.
  

Package (C) – Full Service Wedding Planning and Coordination
We are here to help take care of everything, guiding you through all of the details to make the entire journey memorable.  Our full service package provides personalized service to help visualize what makes your wedding a unique representation of your love for each other, and bring that vision to life.      
Starting price $3400

Includes Package (A &B) amenities plus:

• Unlimited consultation via email, phone and text
  

• Additional 15 hours (for a total of 30) planning and consultation services to be used at the couple’s discretion for face to face planning meetings, site visits, vendor meetings, etc.
  

• Complete theme design consultation and coordination including florals, linens, catering, decorations, props and venue related design.
  

• Budget planning and management
  

• Honeymoon planning and vendor research if needed
